Our methodological approach


Step 1: Understanding and integrating the ecosystem

  • Identification of main systemic entities for the problem solving in an end-to-end view;
  • Direct involvement of all interested parts through meetings, brainstorms, conference calls and video conferences, and e-mails;
  • Evaluation of all integrated effects of possible future initiatives in the ecosystem;

Step 2: Bringing in an outside perspective

  • Identification of main national and international players to interview, in an inter sector approach to bring in world's best practices;
  • Facilitation of meetings, brainstorms, conference calls and video conferences, and e-mails;
  • Identification and transposition of useful initiatives to address specific problem solving issues;

Step 3: Developing and clustering the holistic value proposition

  • Value proposition definition and identification and characterization of main evolution trends;
  • Identification of main modules to address and cluster initiatives per module;
  • Final solution integration and quantitative analysis through business case;

Step 4: Implementation, monitoring and control

  • Definition of big bang and pilot driven implementation approaches, and roadmap;
  • Evaluation of cluster opportunities (needed resources, timings, and prioritization);
  • Internalization of new capacities (i.e. organization, processes, systems and tools);

The ongoing step: Solidarity work

  • All our advisors are involved in more than four hours of solidarity work per week;
